Philip Teachen

I have been privileged to make my passion for health and fitness a profession since 2011. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion and Fitness Management from Rowan University. In my years I’ve worked with a diverse group of clients, each with their own individual goals and lifestyles. I will find a routine that will help you look and feel better. As a trainer I have been impacted by the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle and therefore have dedicated my life to helping others achieve the same.

Your body is made to move, so let's find a way to do so that fits your lifestyle. I know just how important health is in today's world, and how easy it is to go  neglected.
